“App” means the mobile application provided by ESHHUN to facilitate the pick up/drop off and services between the Driver and the End User;
“Driver” means the driver of the type of truck who has signed up to our App to provide the cargo transport services to you;
“End User” or “You” or “Your” means the consumer who has signed up to our App to book the transport services from the truck Driver;
“Service” shall have the meaning defined in clause 3.1;
“Moving Fee” shall have the meaning defined in clause 6.1;
“Payment Methods” means payments via credit/debit card, net banking, cash or any other form of payment enabled through gateways or payment processor;
“Terms” shall have the meaning defined in clause 2.1;
“ESHHUN”, “we”, “us”, “our” means ESHHUN transport service, a company incorporated in 2024 in the Sultanate of Oman.
We will not trade with or provide any services to sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of Oman.
Use of our mobile application (the App) is subject to these Terms.
ESHHUN transport services maintains the https://www.eshhun.om/ website.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
The App is intended for use within the Sultanate of Oman only.
Service requests are made through the App and confirmed upon upfront payment.
The contract is between you and the Driver. ESHHUN acts only as a booking and fee collection agent.
Drivers are responsible for performing the service.
We reserve the right to reject any booking.
Changes must be made via the App or by contacting support.
We are not liable for damage caused by Drivers but will assist in dispute resolution.
The Moving Fee is calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle category.
Fees are held by ESHHUN and released to the Driver after completion.
Visa and MasterCard in OMR are accepted.
Parking, tolls, and congestion charges are excluded.
All transactions are recorded in the “My Requests” section of the App.
You are responsible for loading goods if no helpers are selected.
Goods are not insured by ESHHUN or the Driver.
Complaints should be raised via the App or email at support@eshhun.om.
Governing law is the law of Oman.
Information is collected only to provide services.
Payment details are not stored.
ESHHUN is not responsible for Driver actions, delays, or loss of goods.
Total liability shall not exceed the Job cost.
Promotions may be revised or withdrawn at any time.
We may use third-party providers to complete Jobs.
These Terms are governed by Omani law.
You may rate Drivers and submit feedback via the App.
All intellectual property rights belong to ESHHUN.
You agree to indemnify ESHHUN against any claims arising from misuse.
The English version prevails in case of discrepancy.
Refunds are processed only via the original payment method within 45 days.
Requests must be raised within 7 days via support@eshhun.om.
Fraudulent reports may result in account suspension.
ESHHUN is committed to protecting your privacy.
Your location is collected for accurate trip handling.
Information is used to provide services and customer support.
We do not sell personal data.
We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Data is retained only as long as necessary.
Your data may be processed outside Oman.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
